𐙚 When the client request for a commission , please provide details and references upon the requests .
𐙚 Extensive/complex details will have a small added fees to the base price.
- The Artist will not accept any work that contain offensive materials.
- The Artist will not draw minors in inappropriate way , or in relationships with adults.
˚₊‧꒰ა Payments ໒꒱ ‧₊˚
𐙚 I accept payment via Kofi.
𐙚 The artist will not start working on the commissions until full payment is sent.
𐙚 Haggling of the price will not be tolerated.
𐙚 Details and references are required before payment is send for an accurate price quotation of the commission.
𐙚 The Artist reserve the rights to reject any commissions for any reason , without disclosing.
˚₊‧Changes & Refund ‧₊˚
𐙚 Commission details regarding poses , designs, will be discussed and agreed upon before the artist accept the commission. sudden change of mind after sketching begins will warrant a fee.𐙚 Client will get two minor (2) free revision during the sketching stage , during this you may ask for minor changes to the sketch.
Changes must be formatted in a list with all changes listed in one message. Multiple sessions of one-off changes will result in heftier fees
𐙚 Additional revisions or Major revision will warrant a fee.
𐙚 Upon the sketch approval, any changes on behalf of the client's taste will warrant a fee starting at $15.
Mistakes made on my behalf regarding design or anatomy will be edited without charge.𐙚 Client may ask for a full refund only if no work has been completed.
𐙚 If the artist are unable to complete the commission, Client will receive a refund.
˚₊‧Rights & Usages ‧₊˚
𐙚 Artist retains all rights to the works created by the Artist, Commissioned pieces are included.𐙚 Unless agreed otherwise between Client and Artist, the Artist reserves the right to display, exhibit, demonstrate, (etc) the Commissioned piece. This is included but not limited to online and offline exhibitions, portfolios, websites, and more.
𐙚 Commissioned pieces shall include a small watermark on the piece. Most Illustrations work will have a small watermark on the piece , Watermark will be removed if client paid for commercials right , Streaming access will ALWAYS come without watermarks
𐙚 For commercial usage , please contact the artist.𐙚 The Client reserves the exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Commission for Personal Use as long as the Client maintains proper and respectful credit to the Artist, in recognition for the work of the Artist.
𐙚 The Client is prohibited from falsely claiming the Commission as their own work.
𐙚 The Client is also prohibited from modifying, editing, or altering the Commission without proper and clear approval from the Artist.
𐙚 The Client is prohibited from using the artwork for any blockchain-related technology, which includes the use of the Commission for NFT, Crypto-trading, Artificial Intelligence training, and etc.
˚₊‧POLICY ON THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. ‧₊˚
𐙚 The term of ‘Use of Artificial Intelligence (hereinafter referred to as ‘AI’),’ refers to the utilization of AI Software, regardless of the form and manifestation of said utilization, towards the Commission. ‘AI Software’ refers to any software, that currently exists or will exists, which holds the ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence, in order to modify, alter, or train said software using digital picture files. Such software would include but are not limited to; ‘Chat GPT’, ‘Sora AI’, ‘Grok’, ‘Midjourney’, etc.𐙚 The Artist reserves the right to prohibit any form of AI to be used on the Commission BEFORE and AFTER dispatch of delivery of the Commission. The Prohibited Acts include but are not limited to; training AI Software using the Commission, modifying the Commission, altering the Commission, or creating new content using data extracted from the Commission, etc.𐙚 This clause shall continue to be in force after the successful delivery of the Commission.
˚₊‧Terms ‧₊˚
𐙚 Delivery of the completed Commission will be done on which ever site the client contacts the artist on , via a google drive link or a provided email by the client.𐙚 The Commission will be completed within 1-4 weeks, this timeframe will begin from the day when the payment for the Commission has been received by the Artist.
𐙚 If the Client desires for the Commission to be completed at a specific deadline, the Client MUST make this clear to the Artist before the conclusion of the Pre-Sketch Discussion. If the deadline is under a week , A fee of 25$ will be added to the total price
𐙚 If the Client fails to make this deadline known to the Artist for a specific deadline before the conclusion of the Pre-Sketch Discussion, the Client is not entitled to impose the deadline that is not established beforehand.𐙚 In the event where the Artist experiences an unexpected event that is beyond the Artist’s control and foresight, that causes the delay of the process of creating the Commission or the delivery of the Commission to the Client. The Artist shall notify the Client as soon as possible of the delay.
𐙚 Until the completion of the Commission, the Artist will provide progress updates periodically to the Client.Feels free to contact the Artist for any questions either regarding the TOS for clarification or other information.
