- I will not accept any work that contain offensive materials.
- I will not draw minors in inappropriate way , or in relationships with adults.
˚₊‧꒰ა Payments ໒꒱ ‧₊˚
𐙚 I accept payment via Kofi.
𐙚 The artist will not start working on the commissions until full payment is sent.
𐙚 Haggling of the price will not be tolerated.
𐙚 Details and references are required before payment is send for an accurate price quotation of the commission.
𐙚 I reserve the rights to reject any commissions for any reason , without disclosing.
˚₊‧Changes & Refund ‧₊˚
𐙚 Commission details regarding poses , designs, will be discussed and agreed upon before the artist accept the commission. sudden change of mind after sketching begins will warrant a fee.
𐙚 Client will get two minor (2) free revision during the sketching stage , during this you may ask for minor changes to the sketch.
Changes must be formatted in a list with all changes listed in one message. Multiple sessions of one-off changes will result in heftier fees
𐙚 Additional revisions or Major revision will warrant a fee.
𐙚 Upon the sketch approval, any changes on behalf of the client's taste will warrant a fee starting at $15.
Mistakes made on my behalf regarding design or anatomy will be edited without charge.
𐙚 Client may ask for a full refund only if no work has been completed.
𐙚 If the artist are unable to complete the commission, Client will receive a refund.
˚₊‧Rights & Usages ‧₊˚
𐙚 The artist retain the copyright to each image they create create, unless the contract specifies otherwise.
𐙚 My work are for personal uses
Profiting from my work without explicit written permission is prohibited and illegal
𐙚 For commercial usage , please contact the artist.
𐙚 As the client, you can use the work as icon , banner , post on social medias ,etc, as long as there is proper credit.
𐙚 As the artist , I have the rights to post the finished commission online and use them as part of my porfolio/artbook.
𐙚 The Client is not permitted to use the artwork for any blockchain-related technology , which include NFT , cryptocurrency , etc.
˚₊‧Terms ‧₊˚
𐙚 I will complete the commission work within 1-4 weeks , however complexity , edits, client communication, and other various factors may lengthen this.
𐙚 Deadlines under a week from payment will warrant an extra fee, starting at $25.
𐙚 After completing the work , I will send you the art through google drive/email
𐙚 By commissioning me , you as the client are agreeing to my term of service as mentioned above.
𐙚 If you , the client did not read the term of service , I will not be held responsible for your own misconception.
𐙚 Any violation of the artist's term of service will result in a black list , you won’t be able to commission me again.
𐙚 If you try to submit a false chargeback after the commission piece has been completed , you will no longer have the right to use said piece and be blacklisted . I will warn other artists of you.
